As the holidays approach, we can't help thinking back to the holidays last year and remembering how little Charlie was and how much he has grown in the past year. He has truly transformed from a baby into a little boy. Last year he was scared of Santa and the sound of wrapping paper made him cry. So far, this year, he has seen four Santa's, all of them he has loved! We can't wait to see him open his presents!! The holiday season is so special. We wish everyone a wonderful holiday and a very happy new year!!

We just returned from vacation in North and South Carolina. Charlie got to spend a whole weekend with his friend Ava in North Carolina and they even took a bath together. We then went to Myrtle Beach where Charlie experienced the beach for the first time. As you can tell by all the pictures, we had a great time and we can not wait for our next vacation. WOW!!! Have we been busy lately. Charlie is enjoying the summer heat in his pool and acting more "silly" than ever. He loves playing peek-a-boo and still laughs at everything. Charlie is starting to stand up on his own and even take a couple of steps. He also just attended his first neighborhood block party which you can see all of the pictures of HERE.

Charlie got an early birthday present of a new play set. He absolutely LOVES it!!! His favorite things to do on it are swing in his bee and play on the bottom level of the playhouse.

The past few weeks have been really busy. Charlie spent a whole week with his Cousins Jack and Hannah during their visit to Indy and they all had so much fun and loved playing together. Charlie is starting to pull-up himself up and even "cruising" around the couch and ottoman (and anything else he can pull himself up with). Four more teeth are starting to come in (8 total) and Charlie has even started to brush them as you can see here.

Charlie is now really starting to crawl. He has started Gymboree classes which he absolutely loves and is even the class clown. You can view him at Gymboree HERE. Charlie has also begun to get his top teeth which you can see HERE.

Charlie is doing great as I am sure you can tell. He has said his first "word" MaMaMaMa and is on the verge of crawling. He does not have a Doctors visit until his Birthday, but our estimates have him at 19 lbs. and about 29 inches long.

Charlie had his 6 month check-up today, which is absolutely amazing to think that he is already that "old". As always everything was perfect. He now weighs 18.25 lbs.(75th percentile) and is 27.5 inches long (90th percentile). Charlie now has two teeth which you can see HERE and has begun to eat "real" food as you can see HERE.

Charlie had his four month check-up this week and the Doctor said he was "pure perfection". His length was 26.5 inches (95th percentile) and weighed 16.5 lbs. (75th percentile). I know what you're saying, "tall and skinny just like his parents". Ha Ha Ha. The Doctor also confirmed what we already knew, Charlie has begun teething.

Happy Halloween! Charlie enjoyed his first Halloween very much. As you can tell, he dressed up as a bear and helped pass out a lot of candy. In other news, besides enjoying his hands, Charlie now likes to grab and suck on his feet. It is just so funny! Pictures have also been added to the photo gallery.

Everyone here is doing well. Charlie has found his hands and loves to snack on them. He also enjoys blankets, play links, and anything else he can get in his mouth. We went to the pumpkin patch today and got some really cute pictures. Be sure to check out the new pictures and videos.

Charlie had his 3 month checkup today and the doctor confirmed what we already knew that he was " practically perfect in every way". He weighed 14.75 lbs. and was 25 inches long; the 90th percentile for both. Charlie also received a "Presidential Greeting" in the mail today Click here to view it.

Welcome to the re-launched and all new SamAndAdrianne.com. We realize that the name does not fit any more, but we thought SamAdrianneAndCharlie.com was just too long. Not to mention that the name would have to change again with future children and that would just get annoying. We will try to update as often as possible, so enjoy.
